形态特征
革兰氏阳性,基丝长而有分枝,长入琼脂内形成束丝或圆顶状体。初白色后变为微黄或黄橙色。气丝长而有分枝,白色至淡黄色,不丰茂。孢子链在电镜下横隔才显著,孢子易分开。在脑心液中1小时后可见游动孢子。细胞壁III型,含内消旋二氨基庚二酸、丙氨酸、谷氨酸和氨基葡糖。全细胞水解液含半乳糖和甘露糖。
